Publication Format
To use publications in PDF format, you will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader, which will enable you to view the publication on your computer screen, perform an electronic search for
data contained in the publication, and print the text of the publication. You can
obtain a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.
Delivery Media
Depending on the size of the files, we use downloads or
compact disks (CD-ROM) to deliver electronic documents to purchasers. The type
of delivery medium used for a particular publication is indicated on the
product description page for that publication.
Publications on CD-ROM are shipped by express mail,
and downloadable items are
delivered by email or FTP.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Publications on CD-ROM are shipped by express mail,
subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Publications available
for download are NOT subject to shipping charges.

Note: Please be advised that we are prohibited
from shipping merchandise to the following locations:
Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, and Sudan.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
A sales tax in the amount of 8.5% must be added
to orders from customers residing in the State of Illinois, unless a tax
exemption certificate is provided.
Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United
States may require the recipient to pay tariffs and/or duties upon delivery.
We do not calculate and do not charge duties and taxes on orders shipped
outside of the United States and shall not be liable for any taxes imposed by
government authorities outside the United States. Recipients will be
responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and
penalties and fines, if any, that may be imposed by government authorities on
orders delivered to countries outside of the United States.
Customs policies vary widely from country to
country. You should consult your local customs office for more information
about applicable duties and taxes that might be imposed by local law on
incoming international shipments. When you order from SNIP, you are considered
the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the merchandise.
Since cross-border shipments are subject to
opening and inspection by customs authorities, we may provide certain order,
shipment and product information to our international couriers, and such
information may be communicated by the couriers to customs authorities in
order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Since all publications are
informational products having a limited life, all sales are final, and the
full or partial cost of an order cannot be refunded or credited toward
future purchases. We do not exchange one title or type of publication for another.
