The Index of Historical and Withdrawn Russian Industry
Standards includes standards on all industries. This publication is a unique
“dumping ground” for documents no longer used that were previously included in
the Alphanumeric Index of Russian Industry Standards and the Category Index of
Russian Industry Standards, but then deleted from the list of documents in
effect because they were withdrawn.
