Revision and Cancellation of Technical Regulations

A technical regulation is revised or canceled in a case where the circumstances or objectives that stimulated the legislative approval of the regulation change or cease to exist.

The notification of development of revisions and amendments to a technical regulation is published per the procedure defined for development of the technical regulation. Revisions and amendments to a technical regulation are made per the procedure established for newly developed technical regulations.
